Meet Our Staff
Dr.Heidi Pickering, DC
Dr. Heid is originally from the small town of Saint Clair, MO, just outside St. Louis. She was raised on a farm of horses, cows, and chickens with her older sister, Holly and amazing parents, Floyd and Joannie.
She was very active in many sports, especially basketball and softball, where she pitched on scholarship for Maryville University. Maryville University is where she received her premed degree and transferred to Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis.
She received her doctorate in December of 2009 and opened my own practice in January 2010.
She then met her husband, Scott, and got to move to Colorado where she practiced as an associate.
She had her first baby, Cecilia, in October 2011 and decided they needed to be closer to family. Scott, CeCe and Dr. Heidi moved to Florida to raise her growing family around her husband's family. In December 2012 they were blessed with boy/girl twins, William and Patton Ann.
Dr. Heidi competes in Triathlons across the world. She recently had the honor of representing the USA at the World's Long Course Triathlon in Australia. She placed 14th in the world and 1st in the USA.
On Dr. Heidi's free time she loves being at her kids' softball and baseball games where she helps out as their conditioning coach. She also loves to go fishing with her husband, Scott. Dr. Heidi also spends her quiet time reading the Bible, reading about sports rehabilitation and conditioning, and anything health related.
